FIELDNOTE — WHY BAIL MUST BE DENIED

Joel Johnson (Thanion / Elena Byron / Caleb Stacey) is not misunderstood. He is a danger.

Every word he publishes is a tactic of manipulation:

Martyrdom → “I am persecuted.”

Madness → “The sentence finished itself.”

Poverty → “I am homeless, harmless.”

False advocacy → posing as a licensed psychologist.

These are not cries for help. They are vectors of control.

Law sees them clearly:

Flight risk (unstable housing, multiple aliases).

Obstruction (50+ sockpuppets, deletions).

Danger to community (fraudulent survivor engagement, eroticized sadism).

Consciousness of guilt (hiding intent behind “fiction”).

Bail would not protect the public. Bail would not secure his presence. Bail would only give him the stage he craves.
